Še enkrat vse najboljše in najlepše.

Glasbena podlaga: Ain’t Nobody

Čokoladni biskvit za torto

Biskvit:
200 ml  mlačne vode
110 g masla
3 jajca
2 skodelici/ 400 g sladkorja
2 skodelici / 250 g moke
110 g temne čokolade, stopljene in ohlajene

V testo umešaj stopljeno čokolado, moko, pecilni, sodo in sol. Dodajte jogurt, vaniljo in mlačno vodo. Dobro premešajte in vlijte v posodo/ -e.

Birthday Cake
I made this cake for a special occasion. It was my cousin’s birthday. Because I don`t really like buying gifts, I thought I would just make her a cake. This way we would all be happy. I found the recipe for the cake base here, but I did make some changes, just because I didn`t have all the listed ingredients. It turned out pretty good, next time I have to wet the base, just because it does give the cake a fresher taste, plus the cake itself can last longer, because it doesn`t dry out so quickly.

Nina again happy birthday, wish you all the best.

Cake base
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup/ 1 stick/110 g  butter
3 eggs
2 cups/400 g  granulated sugar
4 ounce/110 g unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
2 cups/ 250 g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1teaspoon vanilla extract
1 fruit yogurt /180 g

Heat oven to 350° F. Coat a 28 cm spring form cake tin, or 3 little (18cm) ones with parchment paper. Heat the water and melt the chocolate then set aside. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy (use soft butter for this, it`s more easy). Add the eggs and beat them in. Blend in the chocolate, slowly add the flour, soda, baking powder, salt, yogurt, vanilla and warm water and mix very well. Pour it in the prepared tins (or just one, depends on what sized cake you want). Bake for 50-55 min, or until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out with a few crumbs attached. Remove from oven and let it cool completely. Decorate by desire.
