Slivov drobljenec / Plum crumble

Danes bom kratka, v bistvu ni kaj dosti za povedat o tem drobljencu, razen tega, da je njegova priprava super hitra, noro enostavna in da je končni rezultat božansko dobri. To je meni ena izmed ljubših poletnih sladic, ki pa ga lahko spreminjate po svojem okusu in dodajajte različno sadje, postopek je vedno enaki, rezultat pa vedno dober. Torej če hočete navdušiti, pa nimate časa in nekih posebnih sestavin, vam priporočam tale drobljenec. Lahko ga pojeste samega, vendar men je najboljši še vroči z vanilijevim sladoledom. Kar sline se mi cedijo, ko pišem to objavo:) P.S. moko zraven sadja lahko izpustite, jaz jo dodam, ker po njeni zaslugi nastane taka gosta omakica, ki si jo prelijem po vrhu 😀
Glasbena podlaga: The Last Day
Crumble:
100 g sladkorja
200 g masla
250 g moke
50 g lešnikov (opcijsko)
Slive:
500 g izkoščičenih sliv
2 žlici sladkorja
2 žlici moke
25 g stopljenega masla
sok 1 limone
Pečico nastavite na 185°C.
Prvo naredite drobljenec, tako da vse sestavine preprosto na rahlo pregnetete, dokler ne dobite drobtinam podobno testo. Dajte na stran.
Če še niste, izkoščičite slive, dodajte vse sestavine in premešajte, da dobro prekrijejo slive. Na vrh potresite drobljenec in pecite dokler drobljenec ne postane zlato rjav (20-25 min). Postrezite vročega s kepico sladoleda. pa dober tek;)
Plum crumble
Today I will be short. There is really nothing to say about this crumble, except that it is super easy to make, takes no time at all, you can replace the plums for any other fruit and it is guarantee to be a success every time. The dessert I always make if I want to impress, but don´t have a lot of time, or ingredients for that matter. The flour in the fruit is there, because it turns the sauce that comes form the plum in to a ridiculous sauce, that you can pour over your crumble. Njam, just writing this makes me drull a bit 😉
Crumble:
100 g sugar
200 g butter
250 g flour
50 g chopped hazelnuts (optional)
Plums:
500 g pitted plums
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
25 g melted butter
juice of 1 lemon
Preheat your oven to 365°F / 185°C.
Make your dough by just mixing the ingredients in to a crumble like consistency. Put it aside.
Mix all the ingredients for the plum part, so that the plums are all coated. Crumble the crumble on top and bake until golden brown (for about 20-25 min).
Serve it hot with a scoop of ice cream on top 😉
